1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the BDGood platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. BDGood (bdgood.biz) is an international online gaming and betting platform operated for adult users. These terms apply to all users, including those from Bangladesh.

Before registering on BDGood, please make sure you fully understand and agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, feel free to contact our support team.

• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between BDGood and the user.
• Continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
• BDGood reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of any part of these terms.
• These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on BDGood. These conditions are mandatory for all registered members and may be verified at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number registered on the account must be active and belong to the account holder.
• BDGood may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

At BDGood, you can deposit and withdraw via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payment-related rules are detailed below.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same person's account. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Before withdrawing, deposited funds must be wagered at least once.
• BDGood may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

BDGood offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms that must be read in full before claiming. The general bonus rules are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Bonus amounts and terms are subject to change.
• Withdrawing a bonus typically requires wagering 10–30x the bonus amount (each offer carries its own wagering requirements).
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in account suspension.
• Free bets and cashback bonuses have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• BDGood reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and complete their first deposit.

5Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bdgood across Sports Betting, Live Betting, and other categories.

• Minimum bet: ৳50. Maximum payout: ৳10,00,000 per bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — unless the Cash Out feature is available and applicable.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet submission will be the ones applied.
• BDGood reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error.
• If the outcome of an event is voided, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If any leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• BDGood reserves the right to set individual betting limits at its sole discretion.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BDGood platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools for betting or gaming.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to exploit bonus offers (arbitrage betting).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other users.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Under the following circumstances, BDGood may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

• Violation of any part of these terms.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Failure to cooperate with an identity verification request.
• Evidence of account activity by a person who is underage.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may also request account closure by emailing support@bdgood.biz. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance (except in cases of terms violations).

8Responsible Gaming

BDGood believes gaming should be fun. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available upon request.
• If you notice signs of problem gambling, please reach out to our support team.
• BDGood may also impose account restrictions on its own initiative if suspicious behavior is detected.

9Privacy & Personal Data
